How do I install PINND Pedals?

All PINND components are shipped with comprehensive installation instructions. If you are unsure how to install or don't have the required tools, please visit a qualified bike mechanic at your local shop. Please follow these installation instructions very carefully. An improperly installed pedal can lead to damage to the product (nullifying its warranty) or damage to your bike. Downloadable Installation Instructions can be found on the product page or here.

Can I service PINND Pedals?

Yes! We manufacture spares in-house and you can find them in the Spare Parts section of our website.  Please find service instructions here

What is the return policy?

If you decide PINND pedals are not for you when they arrive, please feel free to return them in accordance with your consumer rights. You have 30 days in which to return from point of delivery and they must not have been installed or ridden. You will receive a full refund when they arrive back with us. Full refunds will only be honoured for pedals that are returned undamaged, in “like new” condition. Shipping costs are not included in refunds.

What is the warranty?

PINND warrants each new pedal against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 5 full years from date of purchase. This warranty is strictly limited to the replacement of a defective pedal. This warranty applies only to the pedal's original owner and cannot be transferred.

Warranty does not cover normal wear-and-tear, incorrect assembly, or any damage caused by the partnering with incompatible components or attachment of accessories. Warranty does not apply to damage or failure due to accident, abuse, misuse or neglect. In case of pedal replacement, labour costs for switching pedals are not covered by the warranty.

Do you ship internationally?

We do. Please note that your order may incur local duty and taxes on arrival if outside the UK. We are not able to quote these amounts for you as they are country dependant and neither are we able to absorb these costs for you. Importation costs are not a valid reason for return or cancellation of orders.

What packaging do you use?

We have designed box for our pedals that uses the minimum amount of packaging but still ensuring safe transportation of your new pedals. It is 100% recycle-able cardboard and has been made as small as possible to minimise the cost of shipping and environmental impact. Some spares are shipped in small bags to protect the part - please consider reusing these and the pedal boxes for something else. Storing things or making into spaceships for the kids.
