Warranty

PINND warrantees each new component against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 5 full years from date of purchase. We offer a lifetime warranty on our cranks. In the unlikely instance a component fails, due to workmanship or material defects within the warranty period, we’ll replace them or repair them free of charge. 

This warranty is strictly limited to the replacement of a defective component. This warranty applies only to the components original owner and cannot be transferred. In the case of component replacement, labour costs for switching components are not covered by the warranty.

We do not cover any failures caused by misuse, modification or abnormal wear and tear. Neither do we have any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages.

Should you damage a component beyond repair through crash or other misfortune we will offer a replacement at the price of 50% of your original purchase price.
